Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC)

Associated Technical College Vista is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). The ACCSC is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency.

ACCSC accreditation means that ATC Vista has undergone a thorough review of our educational programs, faculty qualifications, facilities, student services, and administrative practices. We are committed to maintaining these standards and continuously improving the quality of education we provide.

Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE)

ATC Vista is licensed to operate in the State of California by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE), a division of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.

The BPPE protects students through regulatory oversight of private postsecondary educational institutions in California. As a licensed institution, ATC Vista complies with the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009 and associated regulations.

Federal Student Aid (Title IV)

Associated Technical College Vista is approved to participate in Federal Student Aid programs authorized under Title IV of the Higher Education Act. This allows eligible students to access federal financial aid including Pell Grants and Direct Student Loans.

Program-Specific Approvals

Phlebotomy Program: The phlebotomy training program is approved by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Laboratory Field Services, enabling graduates to sit for the Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT-1) examination.

Medical Assistant Program: Graduates are eligible to sit for national certification examinations including the Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credentials.

Computer Networking Program: The curriculum prepares students for CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ industry certifications.

In compliance with federal regulations and accreditation requirements, ATC Vista makes the following information available to current and prospective students:

• Job Placement Rates: Reported annually to ACCSC
• Tuition and Fees: Detailed in the College Catalog and enrollment agreement
• Program Outcome Data: Available from the Student Services office
• Student Complaint Process: Information available in the catalog and on file with BPPE
